Welcome to Ocean Sol! This absolutely STUNNING 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom modern ultra-chic 3rd floor condo is an absolute GEM ideally located just a 30 second stroll from beach for the ultimate stay in NSB! Enjoy your morning coffee listening to the sound of the waves, recreate your favorite meals seaside in the fully-equipped stainless steel kitchen, relax in the spacious living area or relax at one of TWO on-site pools, shuffleboard courts, and clubhouse!

A Ring Doorbell Camera is located at the front entrance of dwelling. Recordings of audio and video take place when motion is detected at the front door.

Check-in: at or after 4:00 PM local time | Check-out: no later than 10:00 AM local time

Minimum Primary Renter Age: 25. At host discretion, government issued photo identification may be required from the primary renter before arrival.

Pet Fee: $150 USD per booking for up to two (2) well-behaved dogs only. Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose accurate pet count when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.

Deposit Policy: Fun Coast Rentals will collect $100 USD of the total booking amount if the booking occurs greater than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date. If the booking occurs within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, 100% of the booking amount will be collected at the time of booking. For bookings made greater than thirty (30) days from the arrival date, a second payment collection for the remaining amount will occur at thirty (30) days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Policy: The guest will receive a 100% refund of funds paid if the cancellation occurs greater than thirty (30) days before the arrival date. The guest will receive a 50% refund of funds paid if the cancellation occurs at or between thirty (30) and fourteen (14) days before the arrival date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date.

Security Hold: $250 USD – The Security Hold amount will be separately pre-authorized as a pending charge on your card on file within one (1) day before your arrival and will be released two (2) days following your departure, provided no damages are found to the property. For bookings longer than seven (7) days in length, the Security Hold will be released and re-authorized for each seven (7) day period of the reservation.

Rental Agreement: During the booking process the primary renter will be required to review and e-sign our Rental Agreement. All guests staying at the property are expected to abide by the rules, policies, and restrictions set forth by the Rental Agreement and the welcome email during the entirety of their stay. Additonal fees may apply for any violations.

Additional Policies:

• Smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind is strictly prohibited at any Fun Coast Rentals property, including this one. A $250 USD minimum fine will apply for violations.
• Events, parties or large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at this property.
• RV's, trailers, or oversized trucks of any kind are strictly prohibited at this property.
• The number of overnight guests greater than the amount stated on the reservation is not permitted at this property.
• Moving of any furniture at this property is not permitted without prior written approval from Fun Coast Rentals.
• Fun Coast Rentals may charge the primary renter an additional cleaning fee if the published check-out steps are not completed or if the property is left in an excessively dirty condition following departure.
• Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee. This includes any failure to vacate belongings and vehicles from the property, including parking spaces, by the authorized check-out time.
• The primary renter will be held financially responsible for any damages that occur during their stay at this property.
